Computer Lab - 5th Grade - Week of May 7, 2007

Assignment:

• Create a KidPix slide show that details the stages of the Big Bang
• Before begninning, you should make a folder to hold the files for your presentation
• The first slide must be a title slide with you name, date, and assignment description
• All slides must have a text caption describing the contents of the picture
• Each stage should be an individual picture/file and saved with unique file name (eg., BigBangTitle, BigBang#1, BigBang#2)
• Do not create your slide show until you've completed ALL of your pictures
• To create a slideshow, click on the yellow arrow in the bottom right corner of the KidPix window
• Load each individual picture/slide in sequence
• Preview your slide show (click the play button at the top right)
• Be sure to save your slide show (click the picture of a disk)
