Student Questionnaire for the class of 2006
Digital Scrapbook and grad party slide show

You may be as brief or as lengthy as you wish. Some answers may be serious, others humorous, but please consider your answers carefully so that they reflect what you really feel and think. Your answers will be shared with friends and family in a digital scrapbook which will be available to all at the end of the school year.

Please create an Appleworks or Word file and email your responses to Mr. Izu at davidizu@pacbell.net by October 1st if possible. Please remember to include your name. I won’t always be able to identify you by just your email address.

For inclusion in the scrapbook:
1. Who is the person you admire the most? Why?

2. What is your favorite Corpus Christi memory?

3. What was your proudest moment at Corpus Christi?

4. What is your most memorable experience away from Corpus?

5. What will you miss most about Corpus Christi?

6. What would you like to see and do in your future as an adult?For background information:

7. Who are some of your fictional characters? They may be from movies, television, books, etc.. I’ll be searching the internet for images of these characters to use in your section of the scrapbook.

8. What are some of your favorite movies?

9. There will be a background song playing in your sectiion of the scrapbook. Please provide a short list of your favorite songs including the title and artist.

Please remember that the songs should be suitable for your parents’ tender ears.
