Permission to Publish Photos on the Website

1. What's it for?

Photos of classroom activities, field trips, and school events enrich the school website. Parent and student consent is required to allow the faculty and staff to publish photos containing students on the school website.

To protect students' identities, names of students will not be published near or in reference to photographs on the school website. Only faculty and staff will be allowed to add photographs containing students to the school website - students may not do so.

Please discuss this form with your child, and fill out sections 2 and 3 together. Return a form to the school for each child; do not allow multiple children to sign one form.
