Giving
Thank you for supporting Corpus Christi School. The overall objective of Development at Corpus Christi School is to ensure that a quality education is available to and affordable for current and future generations of Corpus Christi Families.
There are six primary beneficiaries of development activities:
1) Operational Budget/Capital Improvements: The school’s annual operational and capital improvement budgets are revised annually, under the direction of the principal and consultation with the school board. Tuition, designated donations and annual fundraisers currently support these budgets.
2) Tuition Assistance: The Tuition Assistance Program provides tuition assistance to those families who seek out a Catholic education for their children but who need some financial support in order to attend.
3) The Father Oliveira Memorial Endowment Fund: This fund was established in 1998 in loving memory of Father Albano Oliveira, who served as Pastor of Corpus Christi Church and Spiritual Leader of Corpus Christi School from 1990-1998. This endowment fund provides a critical source of funding by using the interest earned on the endowment principal to help defray the cost of tuition thereby ensuring that tuition remains affordable to all families who desire a Catholic Education. The $2,000,000 principal remains in the fund, earning revenue in perpetuity. This fund provides for our current students and for future generations of students.
4) The Molly Crowley Memorial Fund: This fund was established by a long-time benefactor. A portion of the annual earnings help supplement tuition assistance every year.
5) The Katie Murphy Scholarship Fund: Katie Murphy was the principal of Corpus Christi School for over 33 years, retiring in June 2025. The Katie Murphy Scholarship Fund was created to honor both her service and her wish to provide the opportunity for any child to receive a Catholic education, regardless of financial ability. Funds donated are used for tuition assistance.
6) Annual Fund: The Annual Fund supports the schools most pressing needs and is designated annually. Generally, funds are needed for our tuition assistance program and our enriching education programs like Spanish, music, library, technology, science, PE and special needs resources.
